It was a basic hotel. When booking it advertised airport transfers. I tried to contact the hotel via Wotif message and direct email, with no response. Very disappointing. Must say, the room was cosy warm and bed comfy.

The people were nice, even though the room close to an elevator that I requested, and they said they could give me, was about the farthest it could be from sn elevator. It smelled bad in the hallway. The towel bar in the bathroom is falling off the wall. Also would have been nice to know in advance that they place a $100 hold on your card for a week to 10 days for incidentals. Why so long?

The first room smelled like vomit and bleach and the bathroom light didn’t work. The room we switched to wasn’t very clean either but was ok. The front desk staff was very friendly tho and the breakfast was decent.

Just an overnight stay as we were heading west. Outer door was not secured. It had duck tape over the lock. Staff was already aware when we told them. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. We didnt go to the pool
