The room and building is very clean, the staff is amazing, the room is comfortable, the location is great (good food and shopping options), the room pricing was very fair and it's surprisingly peaceful for being next to a highway. I definitely recommend staying at this location!

The parking lot was well lit; however, 6 cars (guests) had their tires slashed, including my daughter's car. The temperature was subzero with 20 mph wind gusts and we changed a tire, filled out a police report and needed to cancel our plans. Other guests with slashed tires asked for a late checkout and were denied. The desk clerk was rude to guests leaving and checking in. Initial check in was a nightmare, the elderly woman at the desk had a great deal of difficulty with the reservation (especially adding the pet charge).

The lady that checked us in was very helpful, kind and polite. There was dog hair all over the brown fleece blankets on both beds. The pillows are not comfortable and there was no hand soap, lotion, or facial tissue stocked in our room.
