I found a bedbug in my room. I took it to the front desk and the guy said he didnt think it was a bedbug and that they had no other rooms available. It was definitely a bedbug. I had bites show up a couple of days later. I had to spend money on preventive measures to ensure I didnt infest the place I was renting starting the following day, as well as laundering all of my clothes. I think the least they could have done was take responsibility. Better than that would have been comping my room as it was quite difficult to sleep once I found the bedbug.

We prefer soap and shampoo packaged vs. bulk. Hard to read dispensers without glasses! Other than that, our stay was excellent. Friendly desk clerks. Very good breakfast and the young lady in breakfast room was excellent. She worked hard and was friendly and nice. Keep it up.....

This is a very nice hotel. Check-in was easy and friendly. Our room large and clean. The bed very comfortable. Nice breakfast In room coffee provided The bathroom is large and clean with a large walk-in shower.

This was a really great hotel for the price — especially with all the amenities! Great to get a full suite for the cost of most normal sized hotel rooms. Very clean property. Would recommend again if traveling through Bismarck!
