First off definitely disappointing that I was not notified of the pool closure. We would have definitely booked elsewhere as that was specific to our choice as the pool seemed the most stellar of the whole thing but we were 4 hours from home and not notified till checkin. The entrances and elevators both were unkept and gave a sketchy feeling on entering. The hotel definitely has an “older” building vibe. Overall the rooms seem to have been slightly updated and clean. Breakfast was really basic but filled the belly. Overall not sure I’d stay there again as not super close to dining options as well.

Don't know where to start!

Checked in just after 3, the room we were sent to was not completley done, one of the beds just had pillows in the middle of the bed with no cases, not sure what else may have been missed. Left went shopping bought swim suits, called the front desk around 830 pm twice, I could hear them but they could not hear me, So the guy walked down, asked about pool hours, he said it had to be shocked that evening so it was not working, he said 100 percent it will be working at 8am (it was not) we turned on the sink water in the 2nd room and the water was all going from the pipe to the floor. Let him know that just so it could be fixed, put a trash can under it so it would not soak the carpet. Not a very clean feeling place, found a hair on the dry shower stall prior to using the shower. There are no do not disturb signs. Room service tried to enter just before 10am the startled me and woke me up after being awake with a sick kid til 5am, looked on my phone to see check out time, noticed the email that came to me at 8:02 am and requested a late check out for 10 dollars. around 11 they tried to enter again, I finally went and told them we had put in for the late check out. Got a call just after noon saying we were supposed to be out at noon. Noone ever said that, said we put it for a late 10 dollar check out. She said it was not approved. How would I know that I never heard anything back. the 11th a lady from housekeeping w door open on the phone using the f word loud and clear.

Cold showers only, one working outlet in the whole room, beds were so noisy you couldnt move without waking someone up, bed covering was two sheets and a thin blanket-no comforter of any kind, room smelled stale, water in sink came out brown, bathroom light was hanging by wires and propped up against the mirror, outside overhang was falling off Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in.

The breakfast was awesome & the kitchen ladies were very nice & helpful. Several outlets in our room weren't useable. Poorly installed heater that ran every 3 minutes because cold air was continuely pouring in around it. No hot water by 8 a.m.No clock in the room. No spare blanket in the room. Only 4 hangers in the room. Pool area was filthy & only 3 out of 12 ceiling lights worked. No towels for swimmers. Umbrellas in the pool area that weren't necessary & were filthy dusty! Entry by elevator & entry to the building were filthy, garbage was always full outside by the door & we stayed 3 nights. General lack of maintenance for many years was quite apparent. Everthing was quite run down.

What a DUMP! Find another hotel!

The first room smelled awful and had black mold in the heater/ac unit. The second room was better, but the bed sunk in, the heater wasn’t working properly, and the toilet was not anchored to the floor. I had to call the front desk to ask for towels. The day I arrived I was informed that the pool and hot tub were not open. It would have been nice to know that in advance of my stay and offered to get my money back. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone nor stay there again.

Overall the room was fantastic. Only down fall is there was absolutely no bath towels in the room at check in. When we asked housekeeping for towels, they said they had no clean ones and we had to wait. We let the front desk know there wasnt towels but thankfully the front desk found one for us. We didnt get towels for another 3 hours after check in.

Heater unit was extremely loud and cold air was coming into the room as it was not sealed properly. Beds were very firm. Breakfast was a decent selection. Staff were friendly.

I was worried for my kids safety in the pool. Pool area unkept-garage everywhere. Random children were climbing up the slides. Hallways were uncept-un vacummed. Fitness room does not look like it was pictured. Mold on the water dispenser.
