This is an airport hotel (motel?) so no one expects anything especially nice. My room was spacious and clean, although there was a noticeably strong scent of cigarettes, despite it being a non smoking room. The staff were friendly and happy to provide info re: transport to the airport.

Hotel car park is in part of the Stansted airport service area and cost 19 GBP. For travelers by air, this would not be a problem, but it was an unexpected cost for us traveling by car. The automated check in was impossible without a code (not sent in my email) or UK post code. We had to call for help after a number of failed attempts

Nice room, easy access to airport. Breakfast only served until 10, so weary travellers like us who slept in missed out. Restaurant closed after breakfast, so no food.

Sehr gute Lage, easy mit dem Shuttle Bus zu erreichen. Wenn ich nachts, oft mit Verspätung, ankomme, macht das Reinfahren in die City keinen Spaß mehr. Dafür ist dieses Hotel prima, vor allem das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und reichhaltig, und das zu einem fairen Preis.
