You will be located near town centre of Bishop Auckland, just 7 minutes by walk to Town Hall. Nearby are Asda and Morrisons, plenty of takeaways, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Free on street parking just next to the house entrance. Smart TV, fast Wifi, fully equiped kitchen, fresh linen and towels comes as standard. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and one single bed and there is a large sofa-bed in living room.

The Space:
The house has direct entrance from the street. Kitchen, bathroom and living room are located downstairs and there are 2 bedrooms upstairs. Bedrooms are quite spacious, one has a double bed and the other has a double and a single bed. Each bedrooms are equiped with PC desk and chair and cloth hangers. There is a dining area in the kitchen with desk and chairs for 4 people. Sofa bed and arm chair in the living room.

Guest Access:
You will have the whole house for yourself.

Quiet residential neighbourhood. Walking distance to town centre, Asda and Morrisons. Free on street parking.
