I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the rooms and common areas were very well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Also, breakfast was excellent. I would especially like to thank you to the owner, her attentiveness, and willingness to help truly made my stay more enjoyable. Excellent service like this makes a big difference, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was unbelievably helpful and kind, even when they didn’t completely understand what I was trying to say. The room was good, I don’t have anything to add, perfect for what you want, it’s a little far from most monuments, but taxis are very cheap so that’s not an issue, and it looks exactly as advertised, I loved staying here and if I ever come back to Kyrgyzstan, you bet I’m going to stay here again

First thing you must know if you book this hotel that it only has 2 floors and there is no elevator; the room was spacious but I found the toilet dirty it was not clean when I arrived i let know in reception about this issue, the staff was helpful
