Direct train to London Euston. 10 Mins from the proposed HS2 hub. A spacious family home, with fast wi-fi broadband and a large south-facing garden, perfect for family gatherings. Home backs onto Sheldon Country Park for walks & to see the planes taking off and landing. Close to shops & restaurants and 20-mins from Solihull town centre & JLR.

The train takes 2 mins to get to Birmingham International and from there, get the monorail straight into Birmingham Airport. There is a bus stop within walking distance from the house which gets you into Solihull Town Centre. Close to all major motorway networks, the M6, M5, M42, M40, and ten minutes from the proposed HS2 hub.

Property is spacious and well kept. Beds were comfy and bathrooms clean. Garden is large but lacks furniture.
