I stayed here for a concert & apart from sleeping in the room and getting changed, I barely used the hotel, not even for breakfast, but our room was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly and the location was perfect, not only for the concert venue but the surrounding areas if you're after bars and restaurants

From check in the staff were amazing I have mobility issues and they were most helpful, especially the lady serving in the bar Saturday afternoon and for breakfast Sunday morning. There was a gentleman serving in the bar Saturday evening he was very helpful and friendly. We had a bar meal early evening I had the steak sandwich very well presented and tasted delicious. All in all a very pleasant experience

Family night over in Birmingham celebrating a 13th birthday and a TEDx talk in the morning. Absolutely wonderful experience with adjoining rooms and a wonderful breakfast for the children.
