We were allocated a room that was overpowered with the stench of weed, the TV did not work, the heating did not work, the sheets were stained. The toilet had been used and not cleaned. The ceiling was crumbling away, the carpet was filthy. This is the most appalling hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We tried for 25 minutes trying to get through to the reception and in the end I had to go back to reception which was not close to our room to complain. I made several complaints during our stay as did others whilst we were in the queue.

Clean room, friendly and welcoming staff. For a 1 night stay this was much more hospitable than we expected. The hotel also was pet friendly with refreshments by the door for people and dogs alike. Very community friendly!

Me and my partener stayed over the weekend the room was lovely clean tidy staff were polite only thing that ruined it was one of the cleaners on level 10 knocked on my door twice asking me for a pound she was saying she needed it for her bus pass and that she needed 3 pounds for it i said to her i had no change and that i was in bed and she left this was not something i expected to be woke up to and was most upset as our break up till then had been great
