We were in Birmingham for my daughters graduation from UAB. We were very pleased with the VRBO. The house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped. It has Keurig K-Duo single serve and carafe coffee maker with coffee filters. The property was exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly response and helpful with my questions.
