The customer service was ATROCIOUS. To say the staff is incompetent is mild and doesn't fully grasp how inept they are. However, one would only need to meet the "General Manager" to understand how all of this is possible. At one point I honestly scanned the lobby because I thought there must be a camera filming for a television show. At 10:32 am my sister and I went to the property after landing at the airport. We thought we'd leave our luggage rather than driving around Birmingham with it. The front desk clerk greeted us. I explained we'd just landed and wanted to store our bags. I asked if their was a room ready by chance and she explained there was not, but we could return at 12 and she could accomodate an early check- in. I thanked her, and asked if she would confirm the reservation is reflecting paid as my credit card had been charged in full 48 hours prior. She asked for my driver's license again and said yes your reservation is fully paid and upon return I would only need to secure the $25 deposit.
