The worst stay ever. The attendant at the desk charged my card 4 times. She couldn’t figure out how to refund me & correctly charge me. She called the manager & he cursed her out. Then when I went to check out another customer was having the same issue of being charged multiple times. Upon checking out I checked my account to see if I was refunded the multiple charges from the day before and I was charged again. I would never, ever recommend this hotel if using your credit or debit card. Pay in cash & use a prepaid card to hold the room for the reservation. The staff is very incompetent‼️‼️

Courteous staff. Able to park right outside door. Quiet room. Linens, tub and vanity clean but floor and door jams had a sticky film, bathroom door wouldn’t close and TV had limited selection of channels.

Solid Choice!

This Days Inn is GREAT! We stayed here for the SEC baseball tournament and it was about as perfect as it could get. The location is just a few miles from the ballpark, the staff is friendly and helpful, free continental breakfast (including cold bottled waters - nice touch!), spacious rooms,and the hardworking housekeepers kept our room clean and tidy day after day. I really cannot recommend it enough. Thank you Days Inn Hoover!
