Property was good for the location, the staff were great. No issues with noise which was a concern before our stay. Breakfast is over the bridge out of a service station kitchen, food was fine but it was busy so had to queue for ages. Hotel is great, skip the breakfast

I loved the technological(contactless) checkin although a receptionist was there to walk you through the steps.I loved the food court that had an overhead bridge to connect you to another location food court.Staying at this property was an eye opener to first world vibes and I enjoyed staying at the property.

Run down hotel that is dingy and not nice and has a self check in with a useless front desk person that makes no sense in having there.

Really hot - curtains were open and sun came in all afternoon before we arrived heating the room. There was a fan which helped. Bathroom fan didn't switch off. Unexpected car park charge because we had booked through a third party and not direct with the hotel which I don't know was on the website. Was on the lorry side of the hotel where the lorries parked so it was noisy from them coming and going.
