Great hospitality with a smile!

Arrived Friday afternoon & was greater at the front desk by Stephanie. She went out of her way to make us feel at home. When our daughter’s flight got cancelled, she helped us with arrangements. She went above and beyond her duties to help us at every turn. She has an infectious smile and a very welcoming manner. Our room was extremely comfortably, great beds, solid shower & water pressure and good lighting. The “breakfast” was a bit lacking, but plenty of choices walking distance from the hotel. This was our second stay here and we will be back!

The hotel is in a great location, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The lobby was nicely designed and gave a good first impression. However, the rooms were a bit of a letdown. They were very basic and could’ve been cleaner—definitely not as polished as the public areas. The TV didn’t work properly, with several channels missing or not functioning at all, which was disappointing. Overall, the room felt like it needed a bit more attention to detail and maintenance. Customer service was decent during our stay, and the staff on the night of check-in and during checkout were especially kind and helpful, which was appreciated. With a few improvements, especially in room cleanliness and amenities, this place could offer a much better experience. It has potential but didn’t quite meet expectations this time.

Overall good but male front desk staff very rude

Family get together for Easter. This hotel was great. The female staff was amazing - so personable and kind. The only issue we had was at check in. There was no one else in the lobby at all when we walked in and went to the desk where a youngish black man was working. He was typing, working on the computer so we just stood and waited. After SIX minutes, I said “ should we go somewhere else?” because he never looked up, never acknowledged us standing there waiting. He motioned us over and still never looked up. He went through the perfunctory motions but was hostile, unwelcoming, and seemed annoyed that we were there. It was strange, awkward, and he necessarily hostile. Someone should address this with him because it was a terrible start.

The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. While there is no restaurant, they have a selection of snack foods and frozen foods you can eat in the evening, and you can buy breakfast in the morning.

Good but not great

We had an extremely quick trip so it makes it unfair to give a completely accurate review. We arrived right at midnight and wanted to wind down for a few minutes before sleep. The TV had a picture and volume but then the picture went out so it left us with volume only. Turning it off and on didn't help and we weren't streaming so not an internet problem. We arrive late and weren't planning to watch so we didn't bother to call to report until checkout. So, I have no idea how they would have handled so a negative but they may have corrected immediately and all would have been well. Room was clean but not spacious. No tub but it may have been our type of room. Staff was friendly. Shower leaked around door.

The rooms were loud. I could hear everything from the hall and the room next to us. If the air conditioner fan could have contained running it would have been fine, but it kept cycling on and off which combined with the noise made for a fitful sleep.
