My first staying at aloft. Liked the small intimacy of the building yet still vibrant. Room was easily accessible and loved the bed.

Bed was comfortable but the glass 1/2 wall in bathroom lights up into bedroom if someone is using the restroom. It was “basically clean” but along baseboards and corners of room there was dirt, dust balls etc ( share this as I have allergies to dust and it did bother my sinuses some). Staff were very friendly and available. It’s contemporary in decor but feels rather dark in color tones.

The hotel lobby, hallways, and room were clean and comfortable. The area around the hotel is full of restaurants and shops. Issues: the HVAC unit was SO loud, the housekeeping staff started knocking at 9:30 am, and the hotel tried precharging my cc when the reservation was pay at arrival.
