Room appeared clean enough but had a musty smell. Carpet was dirty and even though the bed linen looked clean they had a smell. They weren’t fresh. Pillows were hard and uncomfortable and there wasn’t a mattress just a topper on the bed.

Hotel was ideal for what I needed, staff were great as a member of my group couldn't make it I didn't need a room and was able to get breakfast included as I had 5 rooms booked out of courtesy, very accommodating

It was very disappointing I love Ibis but I have to say this is the worse by far the plug didn’t work in our room we reported it and wasn’t even offered another room and when you played music on the tv in the room you had to turn off the tv from the back before we left the hotel we went to pay for our dog but they let us off that part of the bill which was good but that was the only good thing about it
