Très bel appartement, tout proche de la mer,bien équipé, spacieux, cosy. communication difficile avec la personne sur place qui ne parlait pas l'anglais contrairement à ce qui est dit dans l'annonce, difficile de trouver le parking, machine à laver payante(4 euros!), idem sèche-linge à la cave. Un peu mesquin au regard du tarif de la location. Pas de chance,travaux dans la rue à l'arrière accès difficile

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist wirklich top: nur 150 m bis zum Strand mit eigenem Strandkorb. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zahlreiche Restaurants sind direkt in der Umgebung, sodass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann.Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet – besonders die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, und auch das WLAN hat zuverlässig funktioniert. Vom Balkon aus hat man direkten Meerblick, auch wenn dieser teilweise durch Bäume verdeckt ist.Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: ein eigener Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage (ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt). Zum Be- und Entladen konnten wir direkt vor der Villa Freya halten – absolut unkompliziert.Der Kontakt mit der Agentur und der Vermieterin war freundlich und angenehm. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Der Check-In lief entspannt und locker ab. Die Küchenausstattung war für uns (ein Erwachsener, zwei Kinder) völlig ausreichend, zumal ein Geschirrspüler dankbare Dienste tat. WLAN stand natürlich zur Verfügung. Aber der absolute Knüller (und auch der Grund, warum wir die Wohnung gemietet hatten) - man war, wenn man sich Zeit lies, in 4 Minuten am Strand (natürlich mit eigenem Strandkorb). Einziger Wermutstropfen war der Tiefgaragenstellplatz, der ca. 400 m in einer anderen Straße lag. Aber das ist schon Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir können die Wohnung jederzeit wärmstens empfehlen.

Super Aufenthalt

Wir waren als Freundinnen- Wochenende unterwegs und hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist hell und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage ist super, kurze Wege zum Strand und zum Zentrum. Das zweite, kleinere, Schlafzimmer ist lediglich ein Bett mit wenig Platz drumherum. 2 Erwachsene in diesem Bett schlafen zu lassen, fände ich problematisch. Für Kinder ist dieses Bett gut geeignet und vorallem mit super Blick aufs Meer. Die Parkplatzsituation in Binz ist problematisch. Es sind ca. 10 Minuten zum Stellplatz in einer Tiefgarage zu laufen, aber wahrscheinlich muss man froh sein, überhaupt einen Parkplatz zur Ferienwohnung zu haben. Die Ferienwohnung ist durchaus sehr empfehlenswert, eher aber mit nur 3 Erwachsenen oder 2 Erwachsenen plus Kindern.

Schöner Urlaub

Sehr schöne Wohnung am Meer, tolle Aussicht, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Leider kein eigener Balkon zur Wohnung. 2. Schlafzimmer sehr klein und an die Küche angrenzend. Die Villa liegt in der schönsten Gegend von Binz, ruhig und trotzdem Restaurants und Bars um die Ecke.

Ich war mit meiner Frau und meiner Schwester in der schönen Villa Freia für eine Woche im Juni. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Platz und Ausstattung optimal. Das der Parkplatz etwas weiter weg ist, war für uns kein Problem. Ein- und Ausladen ist vor der Haustür immer möglich. Frühstück in der Morgensonne mit Blick auf‘s Meer. Was will man mehr😀

Traumhafter Urlaub mit Meerblick

Eine supergemütliche, sehr saubere Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand mit Blick aufs Meer. Haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Natur, Strand, Restaurants, Bars, Geschäfte...alles in direkter Nachbarschaft. Ausserhalb der Saison sehr ruhig und mit Hund traumhaft. Kommen gerne wieder.

Top Lage, sehr nette kompakte Wohnung

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, Ausstattung sehr umfangreich, Traumlage direkt an der Strandpromenade. Recht kompakt für 4 Personen, auf Rügen aber die Regel. Nichts zu meckern, hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Binz

Mein Mann und ich waren mit unserem 7-jährigen Enkel in Binz. Wir waren total begeistert von der wunderschönen Ferienwohnung mit der tollen Aussicht und haben uns dort jeden Tag sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
