Für Familie zu dritt OK
Lage der Wohnung befindet sich angenehmen hinteren Teil von Binz. Dennoch ist alles zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad leicht und schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und gepflegt. Für kleine Familie mit einem Kind und kleinem Hund ausreichend Platz. Ausstattung entspricht dem Durchschnitt. Das Bad ist angemessen aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (dunkle Silikon Ecken, Duschwand ist nicht sehr sauber. Insgesamt aber noch OK. Der Außenbereich ist mit kleiner Terrasse, der übrige Garten ist schön angelegt und schattig. Grillen ist möglich aber nicht ohne Privatsphäre, da Gemeinschaftsplatz. Haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Hunde sind willkommen. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und blickdicht mit Hecken versehen. Die Terrassen Stühle sind etwas abgewohnt und der Sonnenschirm ist defekt (Bezug gerissen). Das sollte für eine Wochenmiete von ca. 1.550€ besser gehen. Eine Waschmaschine sollte ebenfalls Standard sein. In anderen Unterkünften ist das für den Preis auch normal. Der Stellplatz sowie Abschlüsse sind ja schon vorhanden. Insgesamt aber durchaus empfehlenswert mit kleinen potentialen zur Optimierung.
Kontakt mit Verwaltung war immer angenehm und prompt sowie freundlich. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt am Haus per Safe. Auch der andere Papierkram lässt sich ohne viel Aufwand an Ort und Stelle regeln.
