Wunschlos happy!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr gute Aufteilung der Räume und super ausgestattet. Sogar Kaffeepulver am ersten Tag war im Schrank. Weitere Highlights: Strandkorb auf dem großen Balkon, große Dusche, schönes Bad. Bequeme Betten.

Immer wieder gerne

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, das Appartement ist sehr sauber, hell und freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und ansprechend. Zum Strand läuft man nur 5 min. Terrasse mit Strandkorb - im Sommer herrlich zum draußen frühstücken. Auch am Strand steht ein Strandkorb zur Verfügung, das ist super. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist klasse.

Sehr gemütliches Apartement, super sauber und top ausgestattet

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Binz mit einer Traumferienwohnung und phantastischer Betreuung. DIe Wohnung ist zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig. Unser Highlight war der Strandkorb auf dem Balkon. Es war überall gemütlich und bequem. Wir kommen sicherlich nächstes Jahr mal im Sommer wieder. Vielen lieben Dank Herr Klitzsch:-)

Absolut und uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung sind perfekt. Zentral und dabei sehr ruhig gelegen ein toller Standort, um schnell am Strand, der Promenade oder aber im Zentrum von Binz zu sein.

Sehr schönes Appartment

Sehr hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung. Wenige Minuten zum Strand mit eigenem Strandkorb. Prima ist auch der Strandkorb auf dem Balkon - für den Kaffee oder Anderes in der Nachmittagssonne. Ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Bei Problemen wird sofort reagiert. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Tolles Appartment

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Super sind auch die beiden Strandkörbe. Wohnung liegt zentral um fußläufig alles zu erreichen und dennoch ruhig. Bei Fragen und Problemen kümmert sich Herr Klitzsch als Verwalter schnell um eine Lösung. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Erstklassiges Appartement, tolle Lage

Ein sehr schönes und komfortables Appartement. Tolle Lage mit Strandkorb auf dem Balkon und einem weiteren direkt am Strand. Die Betten sind ebenfalls hervorragend. Die Ausstattung läßt praktisch keine Wünsche offen: Fußbodenheizung, WLAN, Sauna in der Tiefgarage etc. Sehr netter Vermieter! Wir kommen regelmäßig und immer wieder gerne!

Sehr empfehlenswert! Moderne helle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist eine helle moderne Wohnung und sehr gut ausgestattet. Angefangen von der Küche bis hin zum Wäscheständer und Bügeleisen. Es ist alles vorhanden, damit der Urlaub perfekt wird. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße. Tagsüber herrscht zwar einiger Verkehr, aber nachts ist es ruhig. Der Tiefgaragenplatz war für uns auch sehr wichtig, da die kostenlose Parkplätze in Binz eine Rarität sind. Es war alles perfekt und wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Wir werden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall unseren Freunden weiter empfehlen. Auch nochmal vielen Dank an Herr Klitsch. Er hat uns vor Ort super betreut.

Die Ferienwohnung ist eine helle, moderne und sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Es fehlt an nichts! Von der gut ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zum Wäscheständer und Bügeleisen. Es ist alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt in einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße, tagsüber ist zwar einiger Verkehr, aber nachts ist es ruhig. Der Tiefgaragenplatz war für uns ebenfalls sehr wichtig, da in Binz kostenlose Parkplätze eine Rarität sind. Vielen Dank auch an Herr Klitsch, der uns vor Ort sehr gut betreut hat. Es war einfach alles perfekt und wir haben in dieser Wohnung zwei traumhafte Wochen verbracht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Moderne helle Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, sowohl zum Strand , den Restaurants, Einkaufmöglichkeiten und der Fußgängerzone sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Die Straße ist verkehrsberuhigt, auch wenn am Tag einiger Verkehr herrscht, so ist es nachts sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es fehlt an nichts, sehr schön ist der sonnige Balkon mit dem Strandkorb, auch der eigene Strandkorb am Strand ist sehr angenehm. Wichtig ist auch der Tiefgaragenplatz, da kostenloses Parken in ganz Binz unmöglich ist. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Feirenwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und auch an kalten Tagen schön warm. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Der Starndkorb auf dem Balkon kann auch im Winter gut genutzt werden. Die im Haus befindliche Sauna ist für Familiensaunagänge ausreichend und sehr sauber. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war umfassend. Die Wohnung werden wir Freunden weiterempfehlen.

Bestens empfehlenswert

Zum wiederholten Male in Binz waren wir sehr angetan von der Ferienwohnung. Die hellen Räume sind vorzüglich ausgestattet und bieten alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Vorteilhaft ist die Lage in einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone mit kurzen Wegen zu den Versorgungsmöglichkeiten. Der Strand (Strandkorb ist für diese FW inklusive) und die Promenade sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Insbesondere schätzen wir, dass ein Tiefgaragenplatz zur Verfügung steht und unsere Fahrräder in einem separaten Raum sicher abgestellt werden können. Auch für Anschluss ans Internet ist durch WLAN gesorgt. Positiv war die gute Betreuung vor Ort. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt in der FW, eine vergleichbare haben wir nicht gefunden, und haben sie deshalb auch für 2014 gebucht.

Bestens zu empfehlen

Alles wie beschrieben und noch viel besser. Viele Details einfach selbsverständlich. Wir waren sofort wie daheim. Super Betreuung vor Ort. FW liegt zentral zu den ganzen Versorgungsmöglichkeiten vor Ort, schnell ist der Strand zu erreichen-mit Strandkob im Preis inbegriffen. Also nächstes Jahr wieder auf nach Binz und in die gleiche FW, haben in den 2 Wochen keine besser gesehen. Binz statt Sylt!

Sehr empfehlenswert

Modernes Appartment in einem Neubau, das genau der Beschreibung hier entspricht. Technisch auf dem neuesten Stand (Loewe-TV, WLAN, etc), gut ausgestattet (Fußbodenheizung, Tiefgaragenstellplatz), gepflegt und sauber. Nur wenige Minuten zum Strand und zur Promenade, auch Bäcker und Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Gute Betreuung durch Appartmentservice. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt und würden das Appartment auch wieder buchen.
