Heaven place

Very nice and cozy flat. The flat was bigger than we expected, in a quiet street, some minutes away (at walking distance) from a beautiful beach. A very nice place ! I clearly recommend it !

We had very good weather, place is close to beach and area has a very long path to walk between the beach and hotels. A lot of places to eat, close to all the things to see, treetopwalking is a must, dogs are not allowed eventhough its possible and easy to get around. Kingschair is a almost 3 km walk throuh the forest and back again, i would consider mĂžns klint a better place, but the walk in the wood was cousy, however RĂŒgen and the hotel is a place we are likely to visit again

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, super Lage. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das einzige, was verbesserungswĂŒrdig wĂ€re, ist die Anordnung des FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffets. Die Auswahl ist gut, aber tĂ€glich das selbe. Außerdem ist das Buffet etwas unlogisch angeordnet. Wir mussten sehr viel suchen. Aber ansonsten wirklich top und wir wĂŒrden wieder kommen.

Fint og godt hotel. Rent og pÊnt pÄ vÊrelset. LÊkker beliggenhed ned mod strandpromenaden. Stille omrÄde med masser af hoteller/restauranter langs strandpromenaden. Minus: AirCon virkede desvÊrre ikke (eller var ikke slÄet til) sÄ der var meget varmt pÄ vÊrelset. Vi havde et toilet som blev ved med at lÞbe, selv efter noglehavde kigget pÄ det. Der var heldigvis ret lydtÊt til badevÊrelset, sÄ vi kunne sagtens sove fra der.

Binz ist unser Herzensort und wir lieben es sehr. Wir waren wieder einmal in der Arkona Strandresidenz ( 2017 das erste Mal ) und dieses Mal waren wir in einem sehr abgewohnten Zimmer. Duschkabine muss dringend gewechselt werden und in den Fliesenfugen bildet sich Schimmel. Das Bett hat im unteren Bereich extrem viele Flecken und das Sofa hatte seine besten Tage. Die vergebenen Sterne sind ĂŒberholt. FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet ist mega und das Personal super nett. Im Großen und Ganzen war es wieder sehr schön und wir kommen auch wieder.

Wir hatten zu zweit ein gerĂ€umiges Studio mit KĂŒchenzeile fĂŒr drei NĂ€chte und haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Eigene Tiefgarage vorhanden, die E-Bikes konnten wir dort laden. FrĂŒhstĂŒck wird im Hotel angeboten mit großer Auswahl, da ist fĂŒr jeden etwas dabei. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. GebĂ€ude ist zweiter Reihe zum tollen Strand gelegen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

solides Hotel mit einigen Schönheitsfehlern

Schöne GrĂ¶ĂŸe, fĂŒr Single-Reisende perfekt ✌ Ich hatte ein Studio mit Balkon in der 1. Etage, Blick auf die Straße. Morgens gibt es hier Lieferverkehr, nicht so praktisch fĂŒr LangschlĂ€fer. Die Klimaanlage kĂŒhlt nicht wirklich, trotz Einstellung auf knapp 12 Grad, waren es safe 20. Leider gab es den ganzen Tag ĂŒber keinen Room Service und Reinigung, trotz meiner Bitte. Die Reaktion an der Rezeption war nur ‚oh'. Das ist schwach. FrĂŒhstĂŒck und Rezeption sind im Hotel gegenĂŒber. FrĂŒhstĂŒcksrĂ€ume gibt es mehrere, alle sehr groß und laut. Hat zum Teil fĂŒr mich Bahnhofshallen-Charakter. MĂŒsste man baulich vielleicht etwas entzerren, damit es gemĂŒtlicher und vor allem entspannter wirkt. FrĂŒhstĂŒck ging daher aber recht schnell :) FĂŒr einen kurzen Aufenthalt geeignet, fĂŒr mehrere Tage fĂŒr mich keine Alternative. Achtung: Check In Zeit erst 16 Uhr! Sollte man ggf. einplanen.

Trevlig vistelse i Binz

Trevligt boende i en rymlig studio/lÀgenhet. TyvÀrr fick vi ingen uteplats eller balkong. StÀdning under all kritik, med tanke pÄ all sand som kom med frÄn stranden. SÄg att det stod att det bara skulle stÀdas och bytas handdukar en gÄng under vistelsen. Vi bodde i en vecka, sÄ hade uppskattat att fÄ lite bÀttre stÀdning. Incheckning sker pÄ hotellet Arkona. Stort utbud pÄ frukostbuffén, bra service pÄ personalen pÄ stora hotellet Arkona dÀr vi Ät frukosten och kunde utnyttja alla faciliteter som de erbjöd. Trevlig liten spa-avdelning med bassÀng, bubbelpool och olika slags bastu. Serverades citronvatten, te och frukt. Besökte baren pÄ hotell Arkona, bra service och musikunderhÄllning. Tyckte lÀget vid strandpromenaden var perfekt, mÄnga restauranger att besöka inom nÀromrÄdet. Inga problem att fÄ bord fast vi inte hade reserverat nÄgot. Kan varmt rekommendera Binzsom resmÄl och Arkona som boende

Wir waren das zweite mal da und waren wieder sehr begeistert. Hier stimmte einfach alles. Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. FrĂŒhstĂŒck war auch super und lecker. Wir kommen wieder :)
