Spend a wonderful holiday by the sea in this comfortable holiday apartment with access to a pool and wellness area.



The modern apartment awaits its guests just a few steps away from the beautiful beach. The flat is cleverly designed so that everything you need for a relaxing holiday for two can be found in a small space.



Relax in your private beach chair on the large, partially covered terrace or organise a barbecue in the open air. From the terrace, you can reach the wellness area and the resort's heated outdoor pool in just a few steps. Later, you can stroll through the park-like gardens and swim a few lengths in one of the outdoor pools, which are open from Easter to October. You can also play basketball, boules, outdoor chess or table tennis.



You can reach the spacious wellness area from your apartment, where the indoor pool, saunas and relaxation areas invite you to relax, and you can take part in yoga classes or fitness training several times a week. There is a lovely playground for the little ones.



Discover the kilometre-long, fine sandy beaches of Prorer Wiek. Stroll along the beach promenade, enjoy the sweeping views over the Baltic Sea and breathe in the fresh sea air. Take advantage of the well-developed cycle and hiking trails for beautiful excursions and explore the Jasmund National Park with its famous chalk cliffs.

Prora Solitaire

Unterkunft, abgesehen von einigen Kleinigkeiten die im Zuge der Sanierung des Baudenkmals auftraten, wunderschön. Wir waren mit die ersten Gäste im bezugsfertigen Appartement. Alles sauber und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Auf dem Glasbalkon (Verglasung rundherum an den Seiten) kann man entspannt sitzen und den Blick durch knorrige Fichten auf die Ostsee genießen. Störend war nur, dass während unseres Aufenthaltes im Appartement im Tagesverlauf immer wieder Handwerker für Ausbesserungsarbeiten vorbeikamen. Man muss auch ehrlich sagen, dass der Baulärm ab 7 Uhr sehr anstrengend ist. Bei geöffnetem Fenster steht man förmlich im Bett ab 7 Uhr. LKW's fahren auf und ab, arbeiten mit der Flex und Bohrhammer runden die frühe Morgenstund ab. Auch wenn wir aus Berlin sind und so als Großstädter viel gewöhnt sind, aber die Zeit war schon sehr anstrengend. Betreuung vor Ort war jederzeit ansprechbar und hatte eine offenes Ohr für unsere Belange. Der Strand entschädigt dies wieder. Er ist wunderbar breit und zieht sich kilometerweit. Sauber und feinsandig. Hundestrand war gut besucht und ist auch feinsandig. Anfang Juni war der Strand bei guten Wetter mäßig besucht. Dieser wird aber voller sobald in den Bundesländern die Schulferien los gehen. Für Fahrradtouren und Wandern ist die Umgebung wie geschaffen. Vor Ort befindet sich nur ein Café, ein Bäcker und eine Pizzeria. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Im Großen und Ganzen kann man nicht meckern. Wenn man sich die Größe und Menge der einzelnen noch zu sanierenden Gebäude anschaut, wird wohl noch eine Weile vergehen. Wenn alles fertig ist, stellt man sich ca. 300 Wohnungen pro Block!!! vor - das war es dann mit der Idylle in Prora und auch am Strand, welcher dann auch zum Privatstrand wird - ob man dann noch dort Urlaub machen will........
