OYO Rooms - accommodation in Binh Tan

Past its prime and living on past glories in my opinion. It was OK but the rooms needed updating and the breakfast wasn’t great. We had some noise issues which were resolved and they gave a a free cab to the airport but overall disappointed.

Hotel staff were amazing, especially front of house manager, Kelly, she was always very kind and helpful with recommendations for dining and places to visit. She made our trip even more memorable. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel chain.

The rooms with SIGNATURE LOUNGE was wonderful to pay extra for. The one gripe i did have was that every time i walked in to the lounge area, i was asked if i was on the wrong floor or was after the rooftop bar. I was made to feel that i didn't belong until i told the staff my room number. Staff have to be better trained on how to handle this in a more considerate way. People on holidays can still dress smart casual, it might not be your standard but i have paid extra for the benefits of this lounge and i followed the dress code.
