Binny Beach house is a unique oceanfront property providing relaxed, luxury beachside accommodation in Binalong Bay, Bay of Fires. Enjoy sundowners on the balcony watching the sunset with the laughing kookaburras, fall asleep to the sound of waves on the beach and wake to morning songbird & crystal-clear turquoise waters beckoning you for a cleansing dip. Your options of how to fill the day are endless - take a slow beautiful walk through the bush or bundle up the family for a day at the beach. No need to take everything, as you can easily duck back with the house directly opposite the beach. Mountain bike trails, bushing walking and stand-up paddle boarding, all at your leisure.

If curling up and unwinding is more your thing, simply find your favourite space in the house to pause and read a good book or grab a bottle of wine and a platter of Tasmanian produce to devour on the balcony or around the freestanding fireplace. Be ready to unwind and feel restored.

THE SPACE:

Binny is a contemporary Australian beach house, providing luxury boutique accommodation that caters for everyone from families to large groups of friends and even couples.

With open living spaces and floor to ceiling windows showcasing uninterrupted panoramic views of Binalong’s main beach, the stunning Bay of Fires and the lagoon, you can really immerse yourself in this oceanfront location.

There is undercover secure parking for 3 vehicles and even a boat. From parking, the stairway leads you up to the house which is all set on one level. The home boasts two living areas and plenty of outdoor spaces to entertain including a freestanding outdoor fireplace and outdoor kitchen. The large fully equipped kitchen and 10 seat dining table is well positioned for at home entertaining or simply stroll down a few houses to the local café serving woodfired pizzas. The master bedroom has views over the water with a large ensuite bathroom. Three more bedrooms all have queen beds are serviced by a large bathroom and separate powder room.

Binny Beach House offers guests the ultimate sense of relaxation, comfort and luxury. Your home away from home.

IMPORTANT RULE: There is a LOCKED spa in the backyard, which is NOT ALLOWED to be used under any circumstances. Any breach of this rule will incur the loss of your entire security bond.

Binalong bay is beautiful

Binny beach house is located perfectly across from the main entrance and car park to binalong beach it’s a large house with great amenities and a touch of luxury it was just the two of us so we only utilised the front half but found it a most enjoyable stay with great communication from Jan.

Absolutely divine beach house. We'll be back!

Beyond expectations! The beautiful photos didn't do this home justice. We were welcomed with the log fire burning when we arrived. Beautifully furnished and felt at home. What a view! Could sit on the balcony and look at that beach forever.

AMAZING!!

My Fiancé and I stayed in this beautiful beach house for 3 nights which was just perfect to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. The house was absolutely amazing, perfect location and outstanding views of the beach and lagoon. Cooking is one of my favorite things to do and I couldn't have been happier with the large amount of cooking facilities and appliances that were availible. Both indoor and outdoor fires places were to die for and just made the whole stay that little bit more romantic 😊 The only downfall of the whole experience was having to say goodbye to the beautiful house 😔 Thank you ❤️

Amazing house beach front

Was a beautiful house. We enjoyed our stay. There was a problem with the drainage and plumbing but the properly manager got in to it straight and was fixed straight away. Otherwise everything was perfect

Bliss at Binalong

We could not have been happier with our stay here. The place is amazing, the location and view is the stuff of dreams, the local food is delicious, and the outdoor fireplace tops it off. The highlight of our stay was witnessing a rare phenomenon sitting on the beach across the road on our first night when the waves began to light up bright blue due to bioluminescence 😍 WOW! Thank you so much for allowing us to share your piece of paradise. We hope to return one day not too far from now.
