Everyone I communicated with was just great, all of them, there are many folks who are long term residents and smell of weed is everywhere! I had some smoke sneaking into my room from "somewhere" (adjoining door to the next room could have been the reason!) around 10PM and I had to open the door to get some fresh air. The area needs a bit of TLC, sounds like there is a new owner that has given up on the future and potential of property and staff. Good people, very good people.
