The room was clean, the staff was very polite and friendly and the breakfast was very good. Plenty of parking lot. I wish I didn’t want to see the cemetery behind the hotel. They need to put some high fences to block the view of cemetery.

The room was very clean when we go there. The breakfast choices were very good. The breakfast staff was exceptional and very attentive to refilling items and cleaning when people left. The housekeeping staff was very lacking during our stay. We were there for a full week and our room was cleaned ONCE after the first day and that was it. We only got new towels once because we ran into one of the staff when she was in the hall and she asked if we wanted any. I scanned to QR code and under Housekeeping it said in 4 different ways that if we did not select a preference that it would be provided every other day. It did not give us a way to select anything and the front desk did not ask when we checked in. We had trouble getting the TV to work. It kept kicking us to a screen that wanted us to link it to our phone. Not happy with this stay at all.

#1: It started with the clerk would not let me check in unless I paid another $50 because I was 30 minutes early. I do understand check in policy, but you all do not know, it depends who is working because I stayed there several times before and was able to check in more than 30 minutes earlier. #2: That place was like a dog park the whole time. Everyone staying there had dogs. Dogs running up and down the hallways. We could not sleep at night because they would leave there dogs in the room barking. #3: The beds were absolutely just so uncomfortable. Usually I would sleep on the sofa, but I was afraid dogs were laying all over the sofa. I have terrible allergies, not to mention, my allergies were set off because of the dog park. #4: The shower had a leak. Not sure if it was coming from underneath the door frame or the glass frame. All I know is you would have a flood outside the shower once you are done. That was my last time staying there.
