Unfortunately, despite friendly staff, there were no vegetarian food options for myself and the kids. We asked for pasta with vegetables, but the chef gave us literally boiled plain pasta with tinned vegetables, no sauce. Breakfast was good.

Very nice stay at this well maintained hotel. Great staff and the dining for the breakfast was wonderful! We also dined twice in the hotel restaurant and had a great meal both times. Will stay here again if we’re back in Billund!

Great breakfast. Uncomfortable room.

The reception and dining area are excellent. The buffet breakfast was superb. They have something for everyone. They worked hard to keep it well stocked. The dinner menu looked good too. It was the room that was the issue. Small, not very clean (e.g. stains on cushions, dust around the skirting), uncomfortable beds, poor ventilation - so very hot at night, no safe and door faced onto the outdoors with a simple lock, very basic shower room. The sofa bed for my son wasn’t made when we arrived at 7pm at night. They said hotel.com (Expedia) don’t tell them what we book (please remedy). I had to ask for the extra bedding and made it myself. Plus had to pay a premium on my room as we are outside the EU. I paid on a debit card but it was treated like a credit card. So be prepared for that one. It is very convenient for Legoland and Lalandia.

Familytrip to Legoland

No air conditioning and it was 20-27 degrees outside and too hot inside. Only one big chair which was limiting when we where a family of four. Lacking shelf/furniture in the bathroom for toiletbags. It feels like the room we got for four people would be more suitable for two people. Breakfast was very good. Walking distance to Legoland is about 15 minutes.

It was fine but I thought a little pricey for what you got. The bed was comfortable. Needs a but of modernisation. Breakfast had an ok selection but you had to get your own cutlery and napkins from the breakfast area which is a bit of a juggle with hungry kids. Few things had run out like spray for waffle maker and maple syrup. Few hairs in bathroom and dust under the sofa bed.
