Great beds, but can we please have more than two sets of towels if you’re not going to clean the room? We stayed two nights. Also, one bar of soap is not adequate if people plan on using it in the shower AND at the sink.

Smoke detector was missing. Electric cords hanging from ceiling. Listing noted pets allowed. Booked 2 rooms. Told at check in pets were NOT allowed and they needed to update the listing on hotels.com. Offered no solution. Didn’t care we had 2 cats with us and no place to leave them.

Had to switch rooms immediately because the floors were sticky and littered with clumps of human hair. Second room was still sticky but with less hair. No hot water the next morning so I checked out early
