The rooms smelt terrible like cigarettes and body odor. The hallways were lined with crumbs and dirt like they haven’t been vacuumed in months. I had my room switched 3 times. The last room was filled with long curly hair all over my sheets. I didn’t even spend the night - I left.

The property was fine once the room was changed due to the air conditioning system not working. The main problems we had were with Expedia not telling us that the rooms that we thought we booked were not available at this property. The hotel said that Expedia and other companies like them do this all the time.
