A positive experience overall. I had a late arrival but showed up before the service hours of the front desk should have ended, and was kind of worried no one would come for close to half an hour. When someone was finally summoned from the neighboring staff accommodations by the buzzer he was nice, and I was relieved to get into the room. The room was nice and comfy; fixtures a little old but perfectly serviceable.

This is a basic, older motel with minimal amenities. We used it as a base camp for our offroading adventures for 3 nights. Bed was good, sheets were clean and AC works great. The sign promises coffee in the lobby, but that didn't materialize..fortunately we travel with our own coffee maker. There are no restaurants within 12-15 miles, so bring a large cooler. Room has a fridge, so there's that., and a shared microwave in the lobby. Nearby Sinclair station has some basics if you're desperate. The surrounding area was great for offroading and has great scenery.
