Front desk friendly and welcoming. I had few questions about parking and checking in before 4pm. The front desk gentleman discuss with me the happy hour and provided me with a voucher as well. Breakfast was great. Every staff from the breakfast area very friendly. I will definitely be staying there for my next work visits. Lastly, I will be recommending this hotel to my work colleagues and friends to stay here at the Embassy. Super safe, welcoming staff and very clean.

Could have been great.
It was for a New Years celebration along with my mother in laws birthday. All in all we had a great time, but we had a few gripes that could have made the stay at the hotel a better one for sure. one of the elevators was not working and the other one kept on taking sooo long that we had to walk to the opposite elevator to navigate up and down. The $15 dollar credit that we must use or lose was a bit outrageous. We are now mandated to use the $15 charge within the hotel or we lose forfeit it and get charged for an extra fee. We truly don't think that is fair.

Did not like that there was a $20 parking fee that looked like a public parking lot and a $15 charge for use of the facilities. Both charges you had to pay.
