The pool was too cold to swim in, maybe wasn’t being heated at all? Hot tub is way too small and was really dirty. The key cards stopped working all the time and we had to keep going downstairs to get them reloaded. Phone in the room didn’t work. The place was not worth it!

We called in advance to hotel to make sure hottub was working, they told us it was, when we arrived, and after a day of sports, we went to hottub, and it was not working... whoever did the remodeling on hotel, should have been fired on day 1. Hotel room was missing curtains, kept us awake with light shining thru blinds. I won't be back to this hotel again

It was okay for a one night stay. But the outside of the building had pieces of the buildings stonework falling off, part of the awning was missing. Inside the walls were patched up, missing wall paper, hallways and rooms not lit well. You could hear everything through the walls. The room itself was fine other than some of the plugs didn’t work. It was hard to find seating at breakfast and they ran out of a lot of food by 8am. Trash was also overflowing at breakfast so people were just stacking plates by the garbage.

Needs a Little Love!

Great breakfast serving many people this morning and staff was working hard to please guests. EXCELLENT coffee! Only one elevator working and thus with a full house waiting a bit and crowed elevators. TV system in the rooms just beyond understanding...No instructions on how to use, where stations were...nothing printed and remote did not work as expected.

TV did not work. ShPower door I installed backward, preventing use of grab bar, hitting shower head, and hanging the towel bar on the inside where it would get wet. Room phone would not connect to front desk.

Parking was good air conditioning was excellent hot tub jets didn’t work and bugs was is the hot tub floating around breakfast was also excellent. The staff was amazing we had stains on our bed they switched the bedding for us my only problem was the bugs in the hot tub and the pool was way to cold

I was concerned when we pulled in and it looked like they were working on the hotel but I was quite pleased when we went inside. The room was nice the employees were great and they had a nice variety for breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.
