Our staff will familiarize you and your group with our home and have you sign
the City of Big Bear "Good Neighbor Policy". Our staff will make every effort
to check you in if it's after 5pm. There maybe times when our staff needs you
to check-in at a different location. We will forward all contact information the
day of check-in and it is the renters responsibility to communicate with our
staff.
We are at the base of Snow Summit, the Sand to Snow is the ideal retreat for the mountain enthusiast. This two-bedroom one and a half bath getaway. Sleeps six and is walking distance to the slopes of the hill. New Private Ozone Hot tub in service. Community Pool closes on Oct 5th. Sauna with Pool table and owners Rec room.

For outdoor thrill-seekers there is a plethora of activities to keep you busy just minutes from this alpine abode. For winter sports addicts, Snow Summit will have all the skiing and snowboarding that one could handle. For those looking to stay during the non-winter months, Big Bear Lake, just a short 2-mile drive (or walk), is perfect for boating, fishing, kayaking, and water sports in general. With the San Bernardino National Forrest surrounding Big Bear, you will find paths and hiking trails to frequent as well as rock climbing opportunities.

This townhouse has all the amenities you will need for your mountain stay. Tastefully decorated in rustic fashion, the Sand to Snow retreat is comfortable and includes a fireplace, perfect for winter nights after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen and living area are adjacent, making dining and entertaining an easy concept. With an entertainment center with new flat-screen TV and arcade console, the living room is a perfect place to relax. The kitchen contains all the amenities from microwave to oven, so meals can be whipped up. A powder room sits on the main level. Off the main living area is a deck with majestic mountain views.

This big bear cabin has master bedroom contains a wood-framed alpine California king bed and attached master bathroom along with its own deck area. The second bedroom contains both a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. The alternate restroom has been upgraded. There is a laundry room in the unit with both a washer and dryer. This is the mountain escape you have been waiting for!
