Whether visiting for snow-filled winter trips or sunny summer lake days, this destination offers a fun and relaxing mountain escape year-round.

The 1 Bedroom unit provides a comfortable and practical setup ideal for couples or small families. It typically includes a private bedroom with a king bed, a separate living area with additional sleeping space (queen murphy bed) , kitchen conveniences, dining area, and a balcony or patio depending on unit location. The layout makes it easy to unwind after active days outdoors.

The resort itself offers a welcoming mountain-lodge atmosphere with amenities like pools, hot tubs, fitness areas, and gathering spaces that make it easy to relax after skiing, hiking, or exploring the lake area.

Big Bear is known for year-round outdoor adventure. During winter, guests can enjoy nearby skiing and snowboarding, while warmer months bring hiking, boating, fishing, mountain biking, and lake activities. The village area also offers dining, shopping, and seasonal events.

- Resort will be undergoing exterior renovations March-June and August-October. Please expect dust, noise, odors and work crews. Dates are subject to change.
- No air conditioning
- No elevators
- The resort is at a high elevation of 6800 ft.
- 24-hour front desk
- Parking is limited to one space per suite. The resort is not always able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
- Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Outdoor pool and children’s pool are seasonal, closed from fall to spring annually. Hot tub is open year-round. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
- Ground floor requests are accepted based on physical or medical needs. Please call the Vacation Planning Center for details.

DURING YOUR STAY

- NO SALES PRESENTATION REQUIRED: This resort is part of a timeshare program, and you may be invited to attend a sales presentation during your stay. Attendance is completely optional and is never required when booking through Koala. Pro tip: If you choose to attend, the gifts and incentives are often negotiable.

- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.

- Resorts own and manage all units/amenities; unit assignments at check-in.

- Room photos are samples; actual furniture/layout may vary.

- The Resort is responsible for maintenance, may alter/close select amenities due to repairs or other factors. Koala is responsible for ensuring your check-in and unit category only.

BEFORE YOUR STAY

- BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICIES WILL BE UPHELD. No refunds after the cancellation deadline due to any reason, including force majeure, unexpected health issues, flight cancellations, Covid-19 (except full resort closures), natural disasters, or personal changes.
