This is my first time staying at this hotel in big bear, and it was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at so far. The room was super clean and had everything you need, and the robes were such a great touch. The cleanliness was amazing, and the sauna was so relaxing you definitely need to try it when staying here. I loved my peaceful morning walk by the lake and the bonfire at night. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. I have been to big bear many times in the past, and staying here this time really topped my experience. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Wowzers! I went back and forth with where we should stay, Air Bnb or hotel. Marina Riviera caught my eye with the mid century modern decor and access to the lake. I wasnt sure what to expect and I also dread the mountain drive. This was so fantastic. It was packed in town for us but we were content to just stay at our hotel.Will definitely be back.

Check in was fast and easy. Staff to check in are very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect. Clean and nice decor. Balcony in every room! The restaurant has really good pizza but I think they need more food options. How many times can you really have pizza in 3 days!! They also need more wine selections and better cocktails. The restaurant (inside and out) is too nice to be limited on food!

Clean, quiet, and comfortable, nice views. Staff is helpful and seem abundant. Easy walk to the village. No coffee pot or microwave in the rooms and the restaurant wasn’t open when I was up. There's no comfortable place to sit in the lobby while you wait for others t I wake and no good coffee.

There was a cockroach in the room and someone hit our car in the parking lot and left their information to contact them but the manager said they left no information so we thought it was a hit-and-run and called the police ruined our whole Sunday cause we waited around for the police and made a report when we did not have to. We could have just called the couple which were on vacation from another country and on the move, we had to do our own investigative work to find them. It was very stressful. Terrible service terrible food at the restaurant no selection and the manager was very rude, not wanting to help at all.
