Inside, this home boast light and airy spaces, gorgeous and comfortable furnishings from top to bottom and over 3400 sqft.

On the main floor, you'll find an open floor plan with a well-equipped, newly remodeled full kitchen with an island, a dining table for 10, 2 living area with a wood-burning fireplace, plenty of plush seating options, and the game room where you can play some pool, or foosball, or a lot of other game. Outside on the back patio, enjoy a soothing soak in your private hot tub, or meet up for summertime cookouts on the char coal BBQ grill and a dining table for 8 person.

When it's time to call it a night, this cabin offers 4 spacious bedrooms.

Bedroom No#1 has a king bed, and 2 bathrooms next to it
Bedroom No#2 has a queen bed and 1 attached bathroom
Bedroom No#3 has 2 queen bed with 1 attached bathroom
Bedroom No#4 has 2 bunk beds twin over twin with 1 attached bathroom

Bedrooms have lake view, new mattresses, high quality linens, and cozy quilts and comforters.

- Please note that party is not welcomed. We have exterior cameras and Ring bell door to observe and count the number of guests. We will call police and our security company will escort you to leave if there is a party or loud noise.

House Rules:
1. Max occupants - Do not exceed the occupancy limit – Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy.
2. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
3. Pet fee is $50 per pet per day.
4. Max parking is 4. No street parking at any time. Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking, spaces, and garage. This includes trailers.
5. By city’s regulations: No amplified music 24/7 – Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
6. Head inside at 10:00 p.m. – Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m.– 7:00 a.m.
7. Take trash to dumpster locations – Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations: 4190 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.
8. Fines – The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
9. Eviction – Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
10. No smoking.
11. No outdoor fires or fireworks.
12. Do not move any furniture.
13. DO NOT MOVE THE POOL TABLE! IF YOU MOVE THE POOL TABLE, your full deposit will be forfeited and any amounts over that for additional repairs
14. Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher (we have 2 for your convenience), the dishwasher detergent is located in the cabinet under the sink. Please turn on the dishwasher(s) before you leave. Cleaning company will charge $25 if this is not done.
15. Please close, lock all doors and windows before you leave

Indoor fireplace is not available for use for fire safety reasons.
We have exterior cameras at the property for security and insurance purposes.

- Early Check-in fee: $60 per hour
- Late Check-out fee: $60 per hour

Primary renter/guest must be 25 years of age or older. Primary renter/guest is defined as the person reserving and paying for the security deposit/rental fees and is responsible for all guests staying at the property during their stay.
