The blankets were dirty, the walls had streaks of some unknown substance, and there were few towels—which were in poor condition. You could feel the springs in the mattresses; it was a bad experience. It might be okay in an emergency, but it’s not worth the price—the hotel is overpriced.

It was a very nice hot weekend at Big Bear but from start to finish the ice machine was out of order and they don't arrange to bring ice! I was going to 7-eleven for three day for ice and they help me to give me ice for my small cooler at NO CHARGE. I'm coming to this motel for few years but will see next time?

When we were finally able to find the attendant Jesse, he did allow us access to our room early, but that was the only positive experience with this stay. The property was a mess with trash everywhere. We had ants in our room and horrible noise factor. I get it. It’s a motel six our expectations were not high, but this was probably the worst experience ever.
