prenez la clef des champs

L'hotel est géré par un autre hotel à 400m. Du coup il n'y a aucun service (notamment petit déjeuner) sur site = vraiment pas pratique. L'entretien s'en ressent. Dans notre chambre, le volet roulant occulter était HS. La fenêtre ne tenait pas en position ouverte. du coup on a trouvé un vieux paquet de cigarettes coincé pour la bloquer. C'est dire la propreté... A éviter

Sehr nettes Personal. Sauberes Zimmer und bequemes Bett. Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder in einem verschließbaren Raum abstellen. Sehr gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Die Preise im Restaurant sind günstig und das Essen sah gut aus. Wir würden das nächste mal dort Essen. Wir waren leider vorher schon in Breisach essen.

Rezeption nicht besetzt. Schlüssel müssen ca. 500 Meter entfernt abgeholt und abgegeben werden. Offizielle Checkinzeit 16.30 Uhr wenig kundenfreundlich. Der Aufpreis von ca. 20 Euro für das Superiorzimmer macht aus unserer Sicht keinen Sinn. Das Zimmer unterscheidet sich nicht erkennbar vom Standardzimmer, liegt ebenfalls zum Innenhof und ungünstig im Erdgeschoss. Das beim Superiorzimmer eingestellte Bild zeigt ein Dreibetttzimmer. Diese ist tatsächlich sehr ansprechend. Ärgerlich ist auch, wenn in der Buchungsbestätigung des Hotels, der Preis deutlich niedriger ist als tatsächlich von uns beim Portal gezahlt.
