A unique location with the Apartment having huge floor to ceiling windows from the spacious open plan living space with large comfortable sofas looking over the bay towards the Northam Burrows Country Park and Nature Reserve with its unique pebble ridge. The Royal North Devon Golf Club is five minutes away, the oldest links course in the Country.
The Apartment is fully furnished to a high standard. The Kitchen has a full range of integrated appliances with granite worktops. The 30ft open plan living/kitchen/dining area has a 55' Smart TV. Patio doors opening onto a good sized covered balcony, a perfect spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine watching the sunset over the bay.
