Stephen was a wonderful host showing us our room on arrival and explaining arrangements there. Room 3 was extremely well appointed with our own entrance and outdoor space. The small kitchen area included a microwave great for a cosy meal in. The continental breakfast was amazing and really set you up for the day. Set in quiet countryside outside Bideford with easy access to local attractions and exploring the countryside. A really relaxing break for us and would definitely recommend staying here.

Great stay near Bideford

High quality room, very comfortable with good continental breakfast. Very quiet location but within easy access of amenities in Bideford, Instow and Appledore.

Weekend break to North Devon.

What an exceptional place to stay. Nice, clean and modern rooms with all the mod-cons and in a great location. They offer a luxury continental breakfast hamper which was fantastic. Definitely recommend it and would go there again without fail. Value for money. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed. 10/10.
