Room was clean and spacious. Only issue I had was told the residents bar was closed when we arrived back. Told to use the app for Room service which was not acceptable as we were with other residents in the lounge. After speaking with the manager, the issue was eventually resolved allowing us to be served, but it is not a customers problem that you have a Christmas party on and want to clear people out. You advertise the Residents bar so it should not be closed when there are a lot of Residents around.

The room was comfortable and clean and serviced well. Staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming. Ample choice for breakfast to satisfy all tastes. This was our second stay at this hotel and would not hesitate to return.
