The best apartment I've stayed in Really clean, comfy beds, lovely bathrooms Couldn't fault it. Great location for beach and restaurants, the pancake cafe was our favourite. No supermarket that close if you're walking. Great roof terrace with hot tub overlooking the sea !!!

The property was great, perfect alternative to a hotel, right in the centre of a expansive local area with lots of accessable beaches and restaurants, all within walking distance.

We had a pleasant and lovely time at Villa Vito. From booking till check out, everything went smooth, perfect communication with the owner. We definitely recommend Villa Vita to everybody who is looking for a relaxing experience with local charme nearby. We will come back

Det va vÀldigt modernt,nÀra till havet och smÄ affÀrer. Har man bil kan man ta sig till zadar pÄ 10 minuter. Det enda nackdelen var att pÄ hotels hemsida fanns inte deras nummer och numret jag fick av dom stÀmde inte. Men efter mail kontakt gick det smidigt med mail och sms. Hon var vÀldigt mÄn och lyssnade pÄ önskemÄl man hade och uppfyllde det.

Vi bokade ett rum, det som inte framkom förrÀn kvÀllen innan vi skulle Checka in vara att vi skulle fÄ ett annat. Utan balkong( 1:a vÄning) och givetvis dÄ ocksÄ utan utsikt. DÄ vi protesterade kunde vi fÄ ett annat rum i ett annat hus, vilket vi ville se först innan vi bestÀmde oss. NÀr vi blev visade de bÄda lÀgenheterna ( dÀr vi ocksÄ förklarade varför vi valt det första rummet. Pga. Firande av speciell dag) var uthyraren ganska sur. NÀr vi sa att vi inte ville ha det alternativet hon förslog utan det andra m balkong blev hon vÀldigt sur och irriterad över att hon behövde stÀda rummet. Vi fick vÀnta ett bra tag pÄ detta. Vi bodde dÄ i Villa Nina, frÀsch lÀgenhet med fantastisk utsikt.

Fantastic stay / tolle Unterkunft

We rented both units and stayed 6 nights. The house is large, very modern, and newly renovated. Everything is beautiful and clean. The hostess is very responsive and helpful should there be anything you need. You can overlook the ocean while relaxing in the jacuzzi. The only thing you should be aware of are the steep steps to the 2nd and third floor (2nd unit) should that create an issue for you. (We had no issues; just my grandma unfortunately couldnt make it up the stairs.) Wir haben fĂŒr unseren Urlaub (6 NĂ€chte) beide Einheiten gemietet. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und sauber, und wurde erst frisch renoviert. Die Wirtin ist zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, nett und antwortet auf Fragen schnell. Die Jacuzzi/ der Balkon im 3. Stock bietet einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Das einzige worauf man achten muss bevor man bucht sind die etwas steileren Stufen (kein GelĂ€nder) zum 2. Stock, und Wendeltreppe zum 3ten, falls das Probleme bereiten könnte. (Wie hatten keine, nur meine Oma kam leider die Stufen nicht hoch.)
