House Mimizan - Ocean Beach 🏄🏼‍♀️

This house, classified 3 stars, is a haven of peace. We bought it in 2023 on impulse.

There was no hesitation, as we walked through the gate we were won over.

We renovated it for optimal comfort.
There is air conditioning, but also a functional wood stove for cooler days, Netflix, fiber, barbecue…

The house is located in the middle of a large wild garden, very wooded, which offers a feeling of calm in an intimate and privileged setting.

Just behind is the immense Landes forest, and its pine trees as far as the eye can see.
And a few minutes by car are the most beautiful ocean beaches, or the calm lake of Aureilhan (for safer swimming :))
