L’ATELIER is a beautiful 3-bedroom holiday apartment on the first and last floor of a small town house that has been recently refurbished by a well-know Basque architect designer. It can welcome up to 6 people and has been tastefully decorated ! It’s the perfect holiday rental apartment to easily reach Biarritz’s beaches and enjoy all what Biarritz and the Basque Country has to offer !

THE APARTMENT
L’ATELIER’s living room has been enhanced by green and blue finish, a one-of-a-kind wall painting and stunning contemporary and vintage furniture. It features a super comfy leather brown couch, a flat screen TV, beautiful furnishings – the 400-year old solid oak table is truly a masterpiece, and lovely green plants to top it all. When you stay in this living space, you take a nice breath of air and that’s all you need ! The kitchen of this gorgeous rental apartment in Biarritz is a little gem itself with its light shaft and its glass wall workshop style ! It’s a modern and fully equipped kitchen, it even has a bar section which is great to have your breakfast at, or to enjoy a glass of wine while cooking a nice Basque meal…

THE BEDROOMS
L’ATELIER features 3 bedrooms with unique style. A first kid bedroom is located on the first floor which you can reach from the main living room through small stairs (tall people must watch their heads, the ceiling is quite low !). It’s a comfortable cocoon with twin beds and flat screen TV. The second bedroom with midnight blue colors with a double bed is at the end of the hallway after the bathroom/laundry room. Finally the master bedroom is located on the 1st floor on top of beautiful wooden stairs nicely decorated with Steve McQueen photos. The room features an old mirror and a bathroom with Italian shower, sink and toilets.

HOW CONVENIENT
A free pass allows you to park one car in a public car park not too far from the apartment.

WHAT WE LOVE
When you stay in this rental apartment in the Basque Country, you don’t have a balcony or a terrace, however you get incredible daylight ! And with such excellent location, you don’t need outdoor areas trust us : everything is within walking distance!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
L’ATELIER is a holiday rental apartment extremely well located in Biarritz, in a lovely quiet street right in the town center of Biarritz. You are about 2 minutes away from the covered markets (Les Halles) to go grocery shopping, share a coffee with friends or simply enjoy the local atmosphere of this lively neighborhood. To go out, you have so much choice ! And beach wise, you are about 7 minutes away by foot from the beach of Côte des Basques, and about 10 minutes from the main beach (Grande Plage) and the beach of Port-Vieux. It’s such an exclusive location !

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS
Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-7PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 7pm, an extra fee will be applied:
From 7pm to 10 pm - €50
From 10 pm to Midnight - €80
From Midnight to 6 am - €120
From 6am to 8am - 80€
