THE HOUSE:
We launched our little gem in 2000 and have been using it for our own vacation for years. In a very quiet location and yet in the middle of the old district of Portiragnes, it is the ideal starting point for swimming fun, relaxation or sport. The house itself has two bedrooms with double beds (1.4mx 2.0m), a large bathroom with floor-to-ceiling, new large shower, separate toilet and a large living room with an integrated kitchen. Central heating also allows holiday fun outside of summer. If it gets too hot, an air conditioning system installed in 2014 creates a comfortable room temperature. This can be regulated separately for the living room and the two bedrooms.

THE KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge with freezer and extractor hood, stove, coffee machine, raclette device, pots, glasses and dishes for max. 6 people). An ironing board and iron are also included. A new dishwasher has been completing the kitchen since 2019.

OUR GARDEN:
The garden has a Mediterranean layout and has a large terrace and an illuminated pool (depth 1.7 m). 4 wooden chairs, 2 sun loungers and a parasol invite you to sit.

GARAGE:
If you are worried about your car, you can use the entrance to the garage. In this are also the wheels and the washing machine.


PLANTS
The garden has about 350 square meters and is laid out with the typical plants and trees that are overjoyed if you get watered from time to time. Thank you!

WIFI / TV
For those who do not want to do without their beloved flicker box even on vacation, there is a small flat screen with satellite connection for German television at their disposal, as well as a stereo system for playing their favorite CDs. A telephone connection was deliberately avoided, since cell phones are now standard equipment.

The situation should be emphasized again. You can be on the beach in 20 minutes by bike and ride a cycle path directly on the Canal de Midi. For me one of the most beautiful bike paths ever. You can leave your car at home during your entire vacation.

Hausferien all in

Tolle Woche in Ferienhaus verbracht, das alles bietet, was es braucht. Bei wunderschönem, warmem Wetter meiste Zeit am wunderschönen Strand von Portiragnes Plages und auf Ausflügen verbracht. Pool haben wir gar nicht benützt. Gute, umfassende Information von Vermieter erhalten, besten Dank.

Notre séjour s’est bien passé dans votre maison située dans un quartier très calme, cuisine fonctionnelle, climatisation réversible très agréable pour cette fin d’année, seul petit souci les couchages ne sont pas en adéquation avec le reste des prestations ( épaisseur minime ) Nous avons été bien accueillies par le fils du voisin lors de notre arrivée sur le lieu de location. Belle maison tout confort

Maison très agréable pour une petite famille. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Les chambres et la pièce de vie sont climatisées. La piscine est parfaite, bien propre et à l'abri des regards. La grande télévision récente permet de se reposer au frais lorsqu'il fait trop chaud dehors. Internet super rapide (fibre optique). Allée de garage permettant de garer sa voiture, il y a de la place au garage pour ranger 2 ou 3 vélos. Le séjour s'est bien passé, un petit stress au début à cause du frigo qui ne refroidissait pas assez mais Stéphane le voisin est venu régler cela et ensuite je n'ai plus eu besoin de son aide. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité et la maison est un petit palace.

Tolles Haus in Südfrankreich

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem exzellent ausgestattetem Haus gefühlt. Der Pool ist Klasse und wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben war. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausherrn verlief äußerst freundlich und direkt. Als Ansprechpartner vor Ort steht der Nachbar zur Verfügung.

Tolle Unterkunft, super Vermieter

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in idealer Lage für ruhige Tage am Pool aber auch für Fahrten in die benachbarten Städte oder die Domaines im Hinterland. Das Meer ist mit dem Fahrrad, der Canal du Midi zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter unterstützt mit super Tips und auch die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir fanden das, was wir uns gewünscht haben!

Wir waren schon öfters in der Gegend, jedoch bisher immer in Mobilehomes. Dieses Jahr dann das erste Mal in "festen Wänden". Hat alles super geklappt - vom ersten Kontakt - Tip's zum Urlaubsort - Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe und nette Nachbarn - komplett und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Wir verbrachten zwei schöne Wochen in diesem hübschen Haus in ruhiger Wohnlage in einem netten kleinen Ort. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge, nicht weit zum Strand und auch günstig gelegen für Wanderungen in den Bergen sowie für Besichtigung der kulturellen Orte des Languedoc.

... vom ersten Entdecken hier, über den Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, einem persönlichen Treffen, gespickt mit unbezahlbaren Tips für Portiragnes und Umgebung, bis hin zum wundervollen Haus inmitten des Orts... einfach perfekt. Es hat einfach ganz besonderen Flair, im Urlaub, bei bestem Wetter, morgens durch die kleinen Gässchen Portiragnes zu schlendern und frisches Baguette zu besorgen. Ausnahmslos ALLES ist wie beschrieben und war für uns perfekt zum relaxen. Leider verfliegen gerade die schönen Tage immer wie im Flug. Vielen Dank Herr Riesenberger, war sicher nicht das letzte mal, daß wir Ihre Gäste sein durften.

Tolles gemütliches Haus mit eigenem Pool in ruhiger Nachbarschaft

Unser Aufenthalt (Juli 2017) entsprach zu 100% dem was wir uns erhofft haben: ein gepflegtes, sauberes Haus mit voll umfassender Ausstattung (Fahrräder, Pool, 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche mit allem was man benötigt, WLAN, deutsches TV). Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war exzellent und problemlos, auch während des Aufenthalts war der Vermieter telefonisch erreichbar und stets freundlich, ansonsten sind die ebenfalls sehr freundlichen einheimischen Nachbarn stets zur Hilfe. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend, man ist schnell zu Fuß im Ort wo es einen Supermarkt, Bäcker, Wochenmarkt sowie zahlreiche kleine Geschäfte und Lokale gibt. Der Strand ist ca. 3km entfernt, der Canal du Midi wunderbar mit dem Fahrrad direkt angebunden. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Unser Traumurlaub 2016

Das in einem ruhigen und sehr gepflegten Wohngebiet liegende Ferienhaus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt mit Terrasse und privaten Pool über allen Komfort der wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Selbst für deutsche Verhältnisse was das Haus sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wegen der schönen Radwege am Canal de Midi empfehlen wir die sehr guten Fahrräder dazu zu mieten. Einfache Räder stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Dank der sehr netten Nachbarn und der Vermieterfamilie haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus daher ohne Einschränkung empfehlen.

traumhafter Urlaub in Portiragnes

Ende Juli haben wir (2 Erw. und 2 Teenies) zwei wunderschöne Wochen im Ferienhaus von Familie Riesenberger verbracht. Von der Anfrage bis zur Buchung wurden wir vom Vermieter bestens betreut. Besonders informativ war das Telefonat kurz vor der Ankunft. Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sofort wohl gefühlt, es war absolut sauber, vollständig und schön eingerichtet. Ganz nach belieben haben wir die Tage am Pool genossen, die empfohlenen Tagesausflüge in der Region übernommen oder sind ans Meer gefahren. An das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus in der schönen Region werden wir uns lange an die schöne Urlaubsszeit erinnern. Wir können das Objekt zu 100 % weiterempfehlen! Beste Grüße Jutta & Hendrik

Zum Wohlfühlen

Unser Urlaub in Portiragnes war sehr schön und angenehm. Das Haus hat alles, was es braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden wir durch die Nachbarn sehr gut betreut. Trotzdem dass das Wetter noch nicht die sommerlichen Temperaturen aufwies, haben wir den Pool rege benutzt. Auch ein Highlight waren die zwei Trekkingbikes, mit welchen wir tolle Ausfahrten auf dem Radweg am Canal du Midi entlang unternahmen (sehr zu empfehlen). Das Haus war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Brigitta und Werner

Noch schöner als beim ersten Mal

Nach 2014 waren wir im Sommer 2015 ein zweites Mal in diesem Ferienhaus. Wie bereits im Vorjahr war der Kontakt zum Vermieter persönlich, informativ und professionell. Besonders angetan waren wir von der Tatsache dass das Haus seit 2015 in allen Zimmern über eine individuell einstellbare Klimaanlage verfügt und im Schlafzimmer neue Betten eingerichtet wurden. Das schöne Wohnzimmer wurde durch eine extragroße Couch aufgewertet. Schön ist auch, dass sich der Nachbar um alle anfallenden Fragen rührend kümmert und immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen hat (sofern man englisch kann). Ebenfalls neu ist die Möglichkeit direkt über den Vermieter zwei hochwertige Trackingräder zu buchen. Diese Möglichkeit sollte man nutzen da der Preis in etwa der Hälfte entspricht von dem was einheimische Fahrradvermieter verlangen für deutlich schlechtere Räder. Alles in Allem können wir dieses Haus allen Familien empfehlen die Ruhe, schöne Strände und ein Haus mit Pool suchen. Beste Grüße, Gerda

Schönes Haus

Ein wirklich schönes Haus, in dem es an fast nichts fehlt. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders angenehm ist die Klimaanlage im gesamten Wohn- und Schlafbereich. Durch den Pool und den schönen Garten, lässt sich auch mal ein Tag am Haus verbringen, den man mit einem Grillabend ausklingen lassen kann. Die Dorfmitte ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die freundlichen Nachbarn sind sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Das Haus war für unseren Familienurlaub (2 EW, 2 Teenies) im Juli ideal; ein zweites WC wäre im schönen, großen Bad bei einem Aufenthalt von 4 oder mehr Personen ideal. Ganz besonderen Dank auch an den freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermieter.

Nur Schön

Wir fahren jedes Jahr nach Portiragnes Plages. Diesmal haben wir uns entschieden in den alten Ort Portiragnes zu fahren und dort das Haus von Barbara und Christian zu mieten. Dies Entscheidung war goldrichtig. Nicht eines der kleinen Ferienhäuser am Strand sondern ein großes Haus mit schön angelegten Garten, einer großen Terrasse und einem privaten Pool. Auch die Ausstattung des Hauses ist über alle Zweifel erhaben. Besonders angenehm fanden wir die Hausdokumentation die wir von Christian zu Beginn der Reise erhielten. Voll mit Tipps zum Essen gehen und Wein kaufen hat uns bei der Suche nach geeigneten Lokalitäten toll unterstützt. Gut fanden wir auch, dass der Hausmeister direkt in der Nachbarschaft wohnt und bei Fragen gerne und schnell geholfen hat. Wir haben bereits für das kommende Jahr wieder reserviert und freuen uns auf 2 relaxte Wochen im Haus Chrisma. Marie-Christine und Alain

Einfach nur Schön

Wir verbrachten Mitte September eine Woche im Ferienhaus und können nur positives berichten. Angefangen vom Ort mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die zu Fuß erreichbar sind bis hin zum Haus selbst wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Garten mit Barbecue und Pool der zum Relaxen einlädt und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand war. Das Haus selbst ist bestens eingerichtet und es mangelt an nichts. Die Lage ist idyllisch in einem Wohngebiet, fern von jedem Verkehr und ganz nahe gelegen zum Canal de Midi von dem aus mit dem Fahrrad in nur 20 Minuten der Strand erreichbar ist. Dank des tollen Hauses und der netten Gastgeber haben wir jeden Minute genossen und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
