Villa Sunflowers is situated in Residence Les Captivantes 2 which borders the golf course. It is only 15 minutes walk to Plage Richelieu. Car parking spaces at the beach.
The villa consists of:
Terrace with awning, sun-beds , outdoor table and chairs with covers.
(The terrace has been renovated last year 2018. It is completely tiled and very private)

The nearest shops are only a 5 minute walk from the villa. There is a bakery, and butchers, Spar supermarket, chemist and newsagents.

There are two supermarkets in Agde: Hyper U and Intermarche. Open from 8am to 8pm. Open Sunday morning in high season.

Lidl is opposite on the other side of the roundabout (Avenue des Sergents) There are restaurants on route to Plage Richelieu (rue des corsaires). Copains d'Abord restaurant is very popular especially for moules. There is also a pizza restaurant (the last restaurant on the left.

Continue on to the Plage Richelieu and I would recommend "Plage du Golf" beach facilities. It is really beautiful and in a beautiful setting.

There are many restaurants dotted around Cap d'Agde Centre Port. One of our favourites is Rhum Steak (42 Quai de la Trinquette, 34300 Cap d'Agde). You will always receive a warm welcome from the owners. It is situated just opposite the yachts in Centre Port. Highly recommended. Good food and very good value.
There is also a very nice restaurant situated in "Avant Port" called "Papy's grill" 3 rue de l'Estacade, 34300 Cap d'Agde.

NEWLY OPENED CASINO BARRIERE 2019. There is a new restaurant within the casino and it serves until very late. The food is excellent. Very popular!

A pleasant base for a holiday in this lovely seaside resort,

A well-equipped small villa. Best suited for a couple, but four people could manage at a squash. The advice and instructions were all in French, with some in English. It would be good to have all in English. The directions on arrival were not as clear as they could be.

We found this property to be very tired and dated. We had to keep the window and door open as there was a strange odour. The furniture was old, the sofa bed was covered with a worn out throw. Fortunately this was not required as there was only two of us, however I would not have slept on it anyway. Although the work surfaces were clean under the sink sofa, behind the TV, under the bed appeared to have not been cleaned for quite some time. The TV is very small, the cooker needs fixing or replacing as it takes multiple attempts before it ignites. Upstairs the dated decor continues, the wardrobes are old, in one of the bedrooms the door does not close. Because the bedrooms are small the beds are pushed up against the wall with no room at the side or bottom, which means you have to disturb or crawl over your partner to get out of bed. I have also never stayed in a property where you have to make your own bed on arrival or wash the sheets before you leave. Whilst the outside space is private the view you have is of a wall which is not clear on the listing. I expressed my disappointment and concern to the owner who offered to visit. I declined as there was nothing that could be done to make this right. Overall, I feel the above points should be mentioned in the listing.

Même si nous avons réservé tardivement, nous avons été très bien accueillis. Après quelques adaptations nécessaires, notre séjour a été très agréable même en plein décembre. Les propriétaires ont été attentifs à nos besoins et à nos demandes. Pratique, la voiture est très proche de la location. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette petite villa. Merci.

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances, le logement est très bien situé.En revanche, il ne s'agit pas d'une vraie climatisation mais un climatiseur mobile, trop juste pour la pièce, et dans les chambres ce sont des ventilateurs, utiles, mais justes quand il fait vraiment très chaud et il n'y a pas de sèche linge mais un fil à linge et un tancarville, suffisants si on vient en été. De plus, le logement aurait bien besoin d'un bon ménage de printemps et de rénovations notamment au niveau du plafond d'une des chambre.

Alors comment dire,,,Les photos ne correspondent pas aux réels Lorsque nous sommes arrivés,Il nous a fallu nettoyer et passer le balai, poil de chien ou de chat blanc sur les canapés déformés poussiéreux et derrière ,pas aspirateur,le frigo sale, le compartiment du congélateur des poils,,J’ai demandé un aspirateur aux propriétaires qui le lendemain est venu avec un neuf…je ne sais pas qui nettoie mais franchement tout sale..balayer la terrasse..La climatisation est portable avec une minuterie 1h max il faut mettre le tuyau dehors avec la fenêtre ouverte ce qui sert franchement à rien le filtre de la Clim. Tout sale..le parasol est cassé.après réclamation parasol neuf..Coté chambre : lits a changer matelas déformés mal au dosSalle de bain :rideau trop court sur la longueur et tuyau trop court pour se laver les cheveux ,éclairage du lavabo une ampoule la deuxième absente Extérieur :Les coussins de chaises longues très sales taches de chocolat et autres du coup nous avons pas profité..Les toilettes ???Ne vous fiez pas aux photos car je pense qu’elles ont été prises lorsque tout étaient neufsJe souhaite bonne chance aux prochains vacanciers Impossible de mettre les photos que j’ai prises sur le site ….Les propriétaires répondent aussitôtAh j’oubliais les voisins étant propriétaires sont très bruyants.ils ont un rideau de fer (type croisillons)que lorsqu’ils partent ou rentrent à 3h00 du matin cela vous réveillent

En premier lieu il faut faire un escap game pour récupérer les clefs.Maison propre mais vétuste.Prises électriques et rallonges partout (radiateur, lampes,...) dans toutes les pièces.Matelas inconfortable à changer.Accès au lit impraticable pour la personne coincée contre le mur. Poêles et casseroles en Téflon avec de grosses rayures à changer (cancérigène). Panne de lave vaisselle. Escalier dangereux type echellede meunier. Sinon terrasse agreable

Des vacances à oublier !!

Literie trop petite, de mauvaise qualité (Taille max 1m75) et propreté très limite. Nous avons eu egalement la présence de cafards. Après avoir prévenu les propriétaires, leur seul remède à ce problème a été d’envoyer la personne qui s’occupe du ménage avec une bombe anti-cafards. Très efficace et bien entendu, aucune société de désinsectisation n’était disponible. la cuisine a été nettoyée. Nous avons retrouvé derrière les électroménagers : du gras, des détritus et un oiseau mort ! Nous avons même voulu quitter la location au bout de la 1ere semaine. Nous avons demandé un remboursement de la 2eme semaine aux propriétaires. Ils n’ont jamais voulu et ont été odieux, prétextant qu’ils allaient trouver une solution et qu’il s’agissait d’un problème du sud de la France. La solution a été un autre produit acheté chez Bricoman ! Donc nous avons contacté Abritel pour faire une réclamation. Bizarrement, suite à cela, une société de désinsectisation a pu venir dans la journée ! Le constat de la société était clair, l’état de saleté de la location était propice à la présence et la prolifération de ces insectes et qu'ils reviendront. Au final, un séjour à oublier, entre la propreté, les cafards, les attentes dans le logement pour régler notre problème, vraiment pas agréable. De plus, les propriétaires, avec l’aide d’Abritel bien sûr, pas de leur propre chef, nous ont dédommagé sur la base de 9% du séjour, une blague au vu du préjudice. Bref, bonne chance aux futurs locataires

La villa presente des points forts comme sa situation géographique, sa gra de terrasse close et un beau volume. Elle presente un confort de base. La residence est bien entretenue meme si la piscine date un peu ! Des infos sur le lieu de celle ci et comment y acceder seraient bienvenus. Il est facile d'échanger avec Sandra. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Très bien

L’arrivée est aisée tout est assez bien expliqué à l’avance. Le logement dispose de toute les commodités, très pratique ! Quelques petits électroménagers en panne à notre arrivée ont été remplacés en moins de 24h par les propriétaires ! Grand terrace agréable à vivre. Quartier calme. Un bon rafraîchissement et ce serait un must ! (Tout est un peu rustique). A 15 minutes à pied de la plage, avec 2 enfants en bas âge finalement assez difficile à faire par 32 degrés 😅 mais facile de s’y rendre en voiture, parking payant mais facile. En résumé : très bon séjour, propriétaire à l’écoute et efficace, mériterai un rafraîchissement pour en faire une magnifique location.

Pied à terre reposant

Agréable maison avec son petit jardinet. Confortable , propre . Bien équipée .Tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. La résidence est calme , ce qui doit être appréciable en été . Nous avons passé un bon séjour grâce à l'emplacement idéal et à la qualité de la résidence. Ceci dit, notre logement aurait mérité un nettoyage plus approfondie et également un rafraîchissement général. La literie était également très médiocre.
