We have stayed here in the past. It is a convenient location. We like the size of the room and the layout. We like that this is. A suite with a full sized frig,, stovetop, and dinner ware, kitchen sink. What would make the room much better is an upgrade of the carpeting and walls. Some of the tile was loose. Also, the bathroom tub had a noticeable crack in it.

Front desk staff was very accommodating when we needed to change our room due to an overpowering animal stink in our first room. Second room was fine however the bedding needs a refresh, the duvet cover was filled with holes and really looked ratty. This hotel could overall use an update. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was kind.

The rooms were clean and the staff was always curtious to us. The breakfast was okay if you stayed away from the hot food. They did have oatmeal and overnight chia and oatmeal that were good. The facilities were nice but this is not a luxury hotel. There may have been staffing issues as the rooms were not cleaned even when we asked for them to be cleaned.

Our stay was excellent from check in to check out. Akeem, William Rosa were amazing in taking care of all of our needs. The workers on the 3rd floor laying carpet were so kind and professional even while people had to get on and off the elevator. I was honored to share LEDO'S with them for their hard work.
