Sunny, comfortable, clean, ground-level condo located on the Sunday River Road, just 2.5 miles from Sunday River Resort. Modern living with a rustic feel. This condo features an inviting post and beam construction style, electric fireplace, new furniture and beds, mudroom for gear storage, back porch with hammock and nearby charcoal grill. A quiet location overlooking fields close to amenities and local activities. This single level one bedroom unit is 620 square feet and has a private bedroom in addition to two brand new Ikea sleep sofas in the living room. Located close to many famous local restaurants and shops, Camp Condo is a great lodging choice for your next visit to the Sunday River area.

Riverbend Condominiums has a strict no pet policy for renters, which includes emotional support animals. No exceptions can be granted. Failure to adhere to this policy will lead to immediate eviction without refund.

The Mountain Explorer Shuttle service has been discontinued.

To enjoy your trip to this property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, the unit was nicely decorated, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking, and there were games and books available for downtime from skiing. We couldn't have asked for a nicer trip!
