We loved the house and had a great week. The hosts were very generous with all of the available supplies. We didn’t really want for anything. We had to contact the hosts twice over the week and they were very responsive and helpful. We’ve been to Bethany and have stayed in nice homes and this has been our favorite so far. We can’t wait to book another stay at this property.

Beautiful beach house! Perfect location - short walk to both beach and town of Bethany. We stayed here with 8 adults and 3 young children, and the house was perfect for our large family. We will definitely be back again!

New Years Getaway

Our family stayed in the house for a short New Years trip. The location is perfect—short walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The house itself is gorgeous—beautifully done and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. The owners were friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Property

Stayed at this property with my Family over the holidays and we all loved it. The photos do not do the property justice. The location is great and the house is full of amenities, from soaps to cooking essentials. The host was very helpful and quick to address any concerns. This is a great place to stay and we hope to visit again.

Wonderful House and Host

This house is amazing!! It is beautiful, clean, great location, very will stocked and so much more. We have rented a few different houses in Bethany and this one by far is the best. The house is very well decorated and laid out to comfortably sleep many people. The layout is perfect to host a large family and entertain. It has everything!! Besides the house being perfect the host could not be nicer and more accommodating. He was very responsive throughout the booking process and our stay. He made it so easy to have the best three weeks of summer with our family at his beautiful home. The owners even stock the house with towels, paper goods, and much more. We can not say enough about this house and feel very luck to have been able to rent it.

Gorgeous and convenient

House was gorgeous and clean. Came packed full with amenities such as chairs umbrella towels shampoo/soap laundry detergent etc- little touches that make a big difference in smooth, convenient trip. Very close to boardwalk and beach. Owner was very nice and responsive. Loved it. Would definitely recommend.

Downtown Bethany Oasis

One of our favorite stays in Bethany Beach so far! The house was in great shape, clean and beautiful. Michael was a fantastic host and reached out early to confirm the details of our stay. It’s a very short walk to the beach and to town - you could even park once and forget about the car if you so choose. The first floor is bigger than the pictures make it seem. There is plenty of room for a large family to spread out, eat inside, enjoy the back porch dining area, or lounge on the front porch. The multiple master bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms were a nice touch. We will definitely be visiting again.

Amazing Beach Home!

Our trip to Bethany and stay in this house was incredible. The owner responded immediately to any questions prior to arriving. The house was immaculate and setup for a stress free weekend. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Location was also close to the beach and a quick walk into town. 5 Stars +

Great house, ideally located -rent it!

Perfect location, easy walk to both beach & restaurants & multiple ice cream shops. We did not get into the car the entire week -my goal. This was the PERFECT house for our gathering of extended family & friends. So close to the beach that I’d go 3 times a day- sunrise, day swim, afternoon laze on the sand. Of the many beach houses we have rented, this was the BEST equipped. Both wine & beer fridge, good dishwasher, every kitchen appliance you could want, two sets of washer/dryers, beach stuff. And unlike the Jersey Shore, linens & towels included. We had PLENTY of room for 8 adults who wanted to stretch out & relax on the front & back porches, comfy couches in 2 different living rooms. Sparkling clean and beautifully designed for both group and individual time. Huge screen TV on both 3rd floor & livingroom were great for family night movies. A real find. Highest rating.

Great Beach House, especially for owners with dogs

Very nice beach house with an "old school" beach house feel. Nice location, easy walk to the beach and main dining/shopping area of Bethany Beach. A last-minute decision for the family to get to the beach before school starts, and we were completely satisfied with the rental. The pictures do not really do the house justice, it is much larger than it appears. Ample bedrooms and beds, far more than we needed for our 5 which was a pleasant surprise. The main living room was not that large, but there are also two living rooms, so plenty of space to lounge if needed. Along with the large table/eating area in the back of the house, there is plenty of space here. Michael (owner) was great to work with, answering any questions we had prior to arrival. The "tackle box", the large walk-in shed behind the home, was filled with just about all the beach supplies you could need - there was even a foosball table set up inside. Another pleasant surprise. The only real recommendation (and not a complaint) would be to complete the back-yard fence to allow your dogs to hang-out outside, but that is minor. The internet service was fantastic, which is truly needed in this day and age, and the two nice smart TVs were a bonus for relaxing after a long day out. We greatly enjoyed the home and location and look forward to returning in the future.

Nice cottage style home for beach vacation

This home is a short walk to a little less crowded beach area than directly on boardwalk but only a few blocks walk to shops and restaurants. It is the best supplied beach house in regards to beach gear we have rented. Toys, chairs, umbrella, soft sided cooler and beach cart are all there. I would rate this a 4.5 if able. Only reason it isn't a 5 for me is because you provide your own linens, there is no bathroom ventilation (steamy after multiple people shower), circuit breakers tend to go with use of hair dryers when AC is running. When isn’t AC running? Many of these issues are simply due to age of home and not easily altered/fixed. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again.
