Nice spot on the beach!
This was a nice convenient spot to spend our beach vacation. The amenities in Sea Colony were great to have with the kids - pool, tennis courts and of course easy access to the beach. We love Bethany and this property is a short bike ride to the Boardwalk and restaurants.

The weather was terrific! So that is a good place to start!
We had a great view. Electronics (TV, Games etc.) were all up to date.
The furniture and décor is dated. Everything was clean.
I would stay here again.

Great Location! Steps to the pool and beach!! Would stay again.
Would give 5 stars except for a few very minor things. We had to have hot water adjusted; none when we first arrived but maintenance came first thing the next day to fix. The blinds that lead to the balcony need updated as they kept falling each time we opened/closed them. The double beds in master bedroom were a little too soft. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Decent fitness center in our building, nice outdoor pool and easy access to the beach. Location is great. Easy walking distance to a few bars/restaurants, shops, CVS, Walgreens, Dunkin Donuts. Only a 1/2 mile walk to the boardwalk in Bethany. Would definitely stay here again.
