Welcome to 311 Maryland Ave, a charming ranch-style single-family home in the heart of downtown Bethany Beach. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this cozy retreat comfortably sleeps eight and is set up for easy gathering and relaxed vacation living. Inside, you'll find a welcoming dining area that seats six, plus an oversized island with additional seating for six more—perfect for family meals, game nights, or casual breakfasts before the beach. The lovely kitchen features a bar sink and extra counter space, making it just as ideal for preparing dinner as it is for mixing up evening cocktails. Step outside to enjoy the back deck, outfitted with plenty of seating and a brand-new gas grill, all overlooking a fenced-in yard where your furry friends can roam freely.
The location couldn't be better: you're just one block from Garfield Parkway and Bethany Beach Central Park, and only three easy blocks from the beach. Parking is a breeze with a private driveway that fits up to six vehicles. Two dogs are welcome with applicable pet fees, and amenities include the deck, grill, wood-burning fireplace, and fenced yard. Sweet cottage in Bethany!
I love this Bethany beach cottage! This is the second time I’ve stayed there — the first time was for an entire month, May 2021! So happy to rent it again for a family gathering. Our dogs loved hanging with us on the deck and the yard is huge! Only issue… One of our dogs escaped the fenced-in backyard by jumping over a section of wire fence where it was quite low. I would strongly recommend that the fence be inspected for areas that need reinforcing! Thankfully our dog was safely returned to the yard but we could not fully relax when the dogs were outside alone.
